Turkish journalist Yagiz Sabuncuoglu reports the pair met recently, and that Son is open to a move to the Turkish giants. Fichajes suggests Fenebahce would be willing to pay Son €12m a year, a lucrative offer for a player entering the twilight of his career.

Son and Mourinho worked together for a season and a half, from 2019 to 2021 when the Portuguese was Tottenham boss. The pair are said to have a great relationship. Fichajes reports suggest a deal between the two clubs is imminent. Son is under contract with Tottenham until 2026.
